This can often be hard as we are constantly scheduling things that we need to get done in our busy lives, but this can also mean that our desires get put on the back burner, or get scraped from the list altogether! In this episode, I will be showing you an exercise that you can do when you feel that you have no time for yourself that will not only help you MAKE time, but will lighten your mental load.
